Children 30-36 months generally are able to do the following:

  • Identifies at least one color. 
  • Understands concepts such as long/short, and little/big 
  • May verbally count to 3
  • Recognizes and names up to 2 numbers
  • Matches objects
  • Follows simple directions using positional words in, on, under, up, down, out, front, beside, next to, between
