Adaptive

Children 48-60 months generally are able to do the following:

  • Becomes independent with dressing themselves 
  • Puts their shoes on the correct feet 
  • Uses the toilet without help and can wash their hands independently using a towel to dry 
  • Eats with a spoon and fork and drink from an open cup 
  • Remembers 5 or more safety rules across environments (e.g., never in water without adult supervision)
